Absolutely. You can upgrade to any higher tier anytime — but these founder rates are only available during this limited pre-sale period.
Club credit is money allocated to your internal member account that can be used only for court rental during non-peak hours. These include weekdays from 11:30 am to 4 pm and weekends from 1 pm to 10 pm.
The initiation fee is a standard one-time payment required when joining premium clubs. It covers your membership setup, administrative processing, and contributes to maintaining the quality of our facilities.
You can book a court through Playtomic app. If you’re an Xcel member or subscriber, you’ll receive special notification about opening of the booking feature.
