Family Day

Family Day is our weekly event where parents and kids learn, play, and have a blast on the courts together. We kick off with an intro session where everyone gets comfortable with the basics.

After that, adults move into our Learn the Glass clinic to master the walls, while kids keep the energy going with games and activities. We wrap up with open play for adults and more supervised fun for kids — it's social, high-energy, and perfect for all ages.

Whether you're picking up a racket for the first time or working on your skills, it's a great way to get active as a family and connect with the Xcel community.

1:00–2:00 PM | Try Padel – Adults & Kids

We'll cover the fundamentals in a fun, no-pressure way. You'll learn basic technique, the ready position, how to grip your racket, serving and returning, and how to move around the court — all through easy drills and fun rallies. No experience? No problem. Just show up ready to play.

2:00–3:00 PM | Learn the Glass – Adults & Kids' Activity Time

Learn the Glass Clinic

Perfect for anyone who knows the basics and wants to bring the walls into their game. You'll learn how to read rebounds, position yourself, and hit controlled wall shots with confidence. We break it down with drills and real-game scenarios that make using the walls feel natural.

3:00–4:00 PM | Social Play & Kids' Games

Open Play

Casual match play in a fun, social setting. Adults rotate between courts and partners while our coaches keep things moving and match you with players at your level. Kids keep the fun going with more games and supervised activities. It's the perfect way to close out an awesome afternoon.
